What my patients’ parents are saying about Animal Chiropractic

Dear David,
We want to thank you for the treatments you have been giving our miniature poodle, Newton.
Your professionalism, care and outstanding treatments play a pivotal role in his well being.
Living with a 17 year old dog who has repeatedly fractured his hind leg – is very challenging. But, your chiropractic treatments have had a significant  positive impact on Newton. He is now able to weight bare, walk and independently move about – all accomplishments he was unable to manage before we began treatments with you.
Thanks again for all your kindness and expertise.
Best,
B & J

Dr. David Feldman has been taking care of me for nearly ten years, really good care. My personal chiropractic routine offers me both preventative upkeep as well as remedial support, and this is the kind of holistic attention I want keeping my whole family healthy. So of course, our cattle dog/border collie-cross pup Brooklyn started coming with me for her own adjustments.
I wasn’t sure what to expect during her first visit, when she was just a young pup. But from her first appointment until the one we just had this morning, more than two years later, I am, each time, amazed. Brooklyn is a working dog of the highest energy, bounding with excitement upon entering David’s space. But as soon as he starts to get to work with her, she is settled and still. Her calm comes on like a switch has been flipped, as David slowly and methodically checks her structure, tip to tail. She responds with a quick glance or a minor flinch when he finds stiffness, then with a wag of her tail upon its release. The relationship these two have developed is enduring and endearing. David’s energy offers Brooklyn a deeply profound trust, which she delights in returning with her subtle communication. Watching them work together is unbelievably comforting and inspiring. To see my energetic, hard working dog, who takes dozens of rounds catching a Frisbee to tire, simply melt into calmness in David’s care — it is undeniable how vital this respite is, not only for her physical body, but also for her mental and emotional aspects. When the adjustments are through, Brooklyn bounces back for a treat, and then settles quickly down while it’s my turn. She lies by the table and lets out her relaxed “moos” that always indicate she is contented. And after, when we are home, she sacks out for the rest of the day, an aligned, healthy, rested and restored pup. And every, every visit, I am so grateful for the experience. – M

Dr. David Feldman is the best animal chiropractor in town. He was referred by another practitioner and we are glad our paths have crossed. We started treating our English Bulldog Ipanema in March and saw improvements after few treatments. She has a mild case of DJD (degenerative Joint disease) and Dr. Feldman was incredible in providing outstanding treatment but also very interested in connecting with her vet and doing further research. Not to mention that Ipanema is a big Dr. Feldman fan. You know when an animal chiropractor is good when your dog pulls you into the practitioner’s office every time you’re in the neighborhood, wags the tail when she sees him and snorts while being adjusted  😉 – Veronica

Dear Dr. Feldman,
On behalf of the horses and staff at CARD, we would like to thank you for your very generous donation of time and expertise in helping us with the needs of the CARD herd. Your support helps to keep the CARD herd healthy and in top shape allowing us to continue our mission to provide quality therapeutic riding programs. Every year the CARD program helps more than 500 children and adults with disabilities, in the GTA, develop greater physical, psychological, cognitive and social skills. Our horses are happier and grateful for your help!
Sincerely,
Seana Waldon
Director of Therapeutic Riding Programs (Community Association for Riding with the Disabled)

Our Golden Doodle KJ has major sensitivity in his front right paw causing him to limp and have problems going down the stairs. Dr. Feldman adjusted him twice in his front wrist bones and adjusted his restrictions in his neck. Now he won’t stop running! – N
